Seam ripper made out of Spalted Walnut wood that was stabilized in a vacuum and pressure process with a blue/white resin. The resin is forced into hollow portions of the wood and replaces it with the colored resin. The larger parts that are more blue and white were the softer parts and the brown parts were the harder parts of the wood. After it was removed from the process it was cured leaving it in a very solid state, kind of like petrified wood.
It measures 5 3/8 inches long when blades are stored and 6 inches with one blade in use by 9/16 inch at it's widest point. This seam ripper metal is chrome.
