This is a hand made purple feather pen with the word "Mom" in script purple lettering. Great gift idea for mom from husband or daughter. Three purple feathers wrap around the barrel of the pen and slightly overlap the purple lettering. This pen blank was made entirely in the pensbykstrauss shop with pressure and vacuum equipment and not purchased from an outside source. The tube is then cast in clear acrylic resin, turned on a lathe and polished to a very high shine that is durable and long lasting.
This is a twist style action pen that has a Schmidt Easy Flow writer, a standard Parker or Parker Gel will also fit. Hardware is a 24kt gold and gun metal plated finish.
Pen measures 5" long and .530" at the center, and weighs about 2oz.
Pen ships in a black velour gift box with refill instructions.
