A fly rod fishing ballpoint pen for the outdoor sportsman . This is a combination of fish hooks and fly feathers used in making fly baits. Fish hooks are applied to an underwater scene, cast in clear acrylic resin, turned and polished to a glass finish. This pen blank was made entirely in the pensbykstrauss shop from a basic pen kit with the added feathers and hooks that went through different processes and machines.
Hardware on this pen is Antiqued Pewter plating with very fancy scroll work. The top has a fish on a line, and the bottom shows the fisherman with the rod. A fly rod as a pocket clip has a fish line connected to the fish.
The refill for this pen is an upgraded Schmidt Easy Flow 9000, A standard Parker or Parker Gel refill will also fit.
This is a beefy pen that is 5.25" long, .061" at the widest part and a weight of 1.6 oz.
Pen comes in a black gift box with refill instructions included.
