Pontiac GTO Gear Shift Feather Pen, Vintage Muscle Car Memorabilia, #0220

A Pontiac GTO ballpoint pen that has the gearshift hardware in Chrome along with two black feathers and the Indian logo from the old Pontiac signs from the 50s and 60s era.
The mechanism design is based off a five-speed H pattern shifter that can be shifted to make the pen point protrude. The cap features a car tire with a true to life tread and hubcap, with the tip featuring the same tire tread as the cap. The pocket clip has the industrialized crowbar clip attached to the body with two small screws near the top.
Pen is approximately 5 1/2 inches long, The pen tip is fully extended by "shifting" to 1st or 2nd gear. Pen is fully retracted in the 5th and R position.

This pen body is made with a red Pontiac Indian head logo, black GTO lettering, and two vintage black and feathers cast in clear resin.
This pen comes equipped with a German made Schmidt 9000 easy flow writer with black ink and medium point. This is probably in my opinion one of the best writing refills available and still staying in the ballpoint glass without jumping up to the roller balls. A regular Parker refill also fits this pen. Your choice of writing tips is available from the menu. If you want the ultimate writing ease and ink transfer pick the Schmidt, the black and blue are 9000 Easy flow refills that write more like a roller ball but are still in the ballpoint family. The Parker black is the standard refill that is also a very good normal writing tip. Use the menu for your preference.
