The best pizza pie cutter is a brown and tan speckle acrylic handled heavy duty pizza cutter with a 4" stainless steel cutter mounted on a chrome plated housing. The cutter is fastened with a strong nylon bushing with stainless steel machine screws.

This cutter has a custom handle made with three pieces of solid surface counter top material from a main line counter top company. Hand turned on a lathe in the pensbykstrauss shop , sanded and polished to a very high shine. This handle is basically maintenance free, as it has no finish to wear off or any wood grain to raise and get rough.

The handle unscrews for easy washing as the cutter portion may be put in the dishwasher, leaving the handle for hand washing.
Total length of the assembled cutter is 10" with the handle being 4 1/2" long and 1 1/8" at the widest part. This is a heavy duty kitchen utensil that weighs just under a pound at 14.3 ounces.
