PRIVACY
We collect information provided to us by Big Cartell including the purchase order, email, name and address for shipping purposes. We do not collect payment information.
The only information we have is the information you provided us to complete the transaction and ship the order.

RETURNS
If you have any problems or questions , please contact me before attempting to return.
Returns are accepted with notification by contact within seven days and return of product within 14 days.
Purchaser pays for return postage of original item, undamaged, in original packing.
Do not return item until granted permission from pensbykstrauss shop.
The item must be returned in original condition or the buyer is responsible for loss in value.

SHIPPING
All items usually ship the following day, unless holidays intervene.
Items are shipped via USPS and are insured for the amount of the purchase.
Buyer is responsible to have a secure shipping location. Porch pirates are active, if your item tracks as delivered to the address given and is stolen before you  get it USPS will not cover the loss.

MERCHANDISE
All items listed are in stock and the items you will receive. Some minor coloration differences may apply due to photo lighting conditions. I try to photo the main sides of the item, but I only have five to work with.
