Segmented Wood Pen with Herringbone 360 Design that Features a Redheart and Maple Celtic Knot #0600

Herringbone 360 twist pen that has 78 pieces of wood glued together to make the pen blank. Woods used are very colorful and contrast with each other, Black Walnut, Maple, and Redheart with the Celtic Knot being Maple with Redheart in the center.
The Herringbone 360 degree pen blank is probably one of the most difficult pens to make as it consists of many multiple glue joints that have to be at pin point accuracy. The pen gets the name 360 for as you turn the pen the pattern is a non stop full circle, or 360 degree rotation pattern.
24 kt gold hardware was used for all the pen parts. The pen has a CA finish that is polished to 12,000 grit level for a very high shine. A Parker, Parker Gel, or a Schmidt 9000 easy flow refill will fit this pen.
This is a great executive gift, birthday gift or office co worker gift.

This pen comes equipped with a German made Schmidt 9000 easy flow writer with black ink and medium point. This is probably in my opinion one of the best writing refills available and still staying in the ballpoint glass without jumping up to the roller balls. A regular Parker refill also fits this pen. Your choice of writing tips is available from the menu. If you want the ultimate writing ease and ink transfer pick the Schmidt, the black and blue are 9000 Easy flow refills that write more like a roller ball but are still in the ballpoint family. The Parker black is the standard refill that is also a very good normal writing tip. Use the menu for your preference.

Pen is 5" long and is 1/2" in diameter.
