Vintage glass door knob lock set with japanned plates and a skeleton key mechanism, commonly found on interior doors from the early 1900s to the 1930s. Clear glass with a faceted/crystal-style design.
Mounted on a threaded steel spindle.
The backplates (also called escutcheons) are coated in black japanned finish.
